Refracted Truths
Exhibition taking place at World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE, from 17-20 April 2025.
A series of seascapes that explore the transformative power of perspective.
Through motion, memory, and refracted truths, each piece charts an emotional landscape shaped by water: fluid, forceful, and free.
These artworks trace the gentle unraveling of illusion and the slow return to self, echoing the quiet strength it takes to reclaim clarity after emotional turbulence.
Healing doesn't always arrive as a roar, it often comes in waves.

Painted across years marked by emotional instability, inner dissonance, and relational harm, his collection became both compass and release.

Each canvas holds what words couldn't.

In the act of painting, I reclaimed my voice.
Before the Fury
This painting holds tension like a whispered warning. Before the Fury explores the deceptive comfort of stillness when it is laced with unspoken truths. It evokes the emotional space just before rupture; the charged atmosphere where you feel everything but can say nothing. It's the moment of awareness before upheaval, and the ache of knowing what's coming before it arrives.

A calm that isn't peace
Stillness mistaken for quiet
Stretched thin
Where silence holds its breath
And the moment is heavy with knowing.

Sea Burst

This moment captures the essence of life itself-constant, powerful, and ever-changing. The wave, in all its strength, rises high, embodying the challenges and emotions we face. Yet, there is beauty in its intensity, in the way it carries both chaos and peace within its flow. Just like the ocean, we find ourselves in moments of turmoil, only to discover calmness after the storm.

This diptych is a twin narrative; two canvases, one emotional eruption. It captures the catharsis of release, when long-held truths surface all at once. It's about that instant when you can no longer hold it in; the burst of clarity, the break in the wave. The mirrored movement across both pieces emphasizes duality: the inner and the outer, the seen and unseen, the rupture and the relief.
It's not just about breaking, it's also about what comes after.

Two voices of the same release
Sudden, forceful
Necessary when truth breaks the surface.
Rising Tide
This painting is a visual metaphor for inner momentum. It reflects the moments where, without fanfare, something within begins to shift and rise. It speaks to hope as a steady force—not loud, but insistent. The composition is both grounding and uplifting, capturing the essence of reclaiming power softly and steadily, like the ocean reclaiming the shore.

A quiet ascent
The pull of something deeper
Moving steadily toward wholeness.

Tempest Glow

Capturing the emotional paradox of intensity and illumination, this painting represents the storm not as something to escape, but as something that reveals. The inner glow cutting through chaos becomes a symbol of awakening, where turbulence becomes clarity.
The gold leaf edges frame the painting like a quiet crown, hinting at the value found within struggle. They echo the truth that even the most chaotic moments can leave behind a shimmer of meaning: fleeting, but unforgettable.

A storm lit from within
Turbulence and radiance collide
In one pulse of truth.
Rebirth
This piece reflects the delicate but powerful process of emerging from emotional wreckage. “Rebirth” doesn’t scream for attention—it breathes. It speaks to the quiet, often unseen moments of transformation when clarity returns after confusion, and stillness replaces the storm. The layers of movement in the water symbolize the layered journey back to selfhood—a return that doesn’t erase the past but rises above it with grace. It is about reclaiming space, sovereignty, and serenity after being submerged for too long.

From chaos, calm
A quiet reclamation of self
Rising from what once drowned it.

Ethereal Waters
This painting captures a rare serenity—a moment suspended between uncertainty and knowing. It's the breath where time seems to stop, and perception softens. The gentle surface reflects not just the sky but the inner world: fragile, weightless, and in quiet communion with truth. Here, water becomes both mirror and memory—inviting the viewer to trust the calm, even if only for a moment.

A still moment between shifts
Where illusion dissolves into clarity
And silence speaks.
Surrendering Light
This painting portrays the fading light as a metaphor for release. It explores the quiet dignity of letting go, not in defeat, but in renewal. Like dusk slipping into night, Surrendering Light reflects the strength it takes to stop holding on. The brushwork invites contemplation, and the softened glow reminds us that endings can also be invitations to trust what comes next.

Letting go with grace
The last light bends
Not to disappear
But to begin again.

Everflow
Everflow hums with quiet rhythm, mimicking the ocean's way of being both restless and reliable. It speaks to resilience as adaptability. Healing, like tides, is not linear; it pulls, recedes, returns.
Change is not disruptive, it is balance in motion.

Endlessly shifting
Endlessly steady
A reminder that change
Has its own form of balance.
