I value the privacy and security of the information that you share with me. When you subscribe to my mailing list or order something from my art shop, all the information you provide such as your name, address, email, and contact number, are used strictly to process and fulfill your order. I may send you emails about my artwork and other updates related to my art. I will not sell or redistribute any of your personal information to any third party. I may be required to share your contact details and address to the shipping company in order to fulfill your order. When you place your order you automatically consent to this.

Orders
Please allow me two (2) weeks to process your order from the date of payment receipt. For commissions, please understand that preparation time varies depending on the custom order. The estimated time to complete the work will be provided to you on a case-by-case basis.
I ship internationally and shipping time is different for each country.

Please make sure that your name and address are correct at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake after you've placed your order, please contact me immediately: contact@aliaalkhalfah.com. If the package is shipped to the wrong address or returned back to me because the address was non-deliverable, you will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs.

Prices displayed on my website do not include taxes or duties. I am not responsible for any additional taxes, customs or import charges in your country.

Refunds & Exchanges
So much dedication, love, and hard work goes into creating​ each piece of art, whether it is an original or a fine art print. Each artwork is created one at a time using the finest materials. I would like you to be absolutely satisfied to receive your purchase.
Therefore, I do not offer any refunds or exchanges; sales are final.
That being said, please read carefully the description of each artwork. If you need to see more photos of the artwork displayed in different settings or from different angles, please contact me directly, I will be happy to provide all the information you need where I am able to.

Commissions: please understand that my price list contains the minimum chargeable amount. When placing a custom order, please expect a price variation higher than the price list. The process of preparing the custom work will only begin after your payment is complete.

Shipping
Shipping rates will vary based on your location. This will be determined at checkout and the artwork will be shipped accordingly.

If you live in Dubai, UAE, I offer in-person pick up. You can also request a custom local drop off.
